Forest bathing might sound a bit strange and spiritual. In reality, it is a scientifically proven method to balance blood pressure and reduce stress. 🌳

 

It was great that many families and adults participated last weekend, finding refreshment and tranquillity in the forest above Nüziders on a hot summer day. ☀️

Both the children and the adults learned a lot about the importance of the forest and its plants. 🌲

For the children, of course, play and fun were the main focus – and the forest provides wonderful opportunities for creativity. 🧒🎨
